Young Bradley turns 1

It's been a while since my last blog post - sorry for that, life happens when you're busy with everything else.

That said, my one and only nephew celebrated his exciting first year with a fun little party on the 8th of August. Lots of family members, lots of cake, and lots of toys - just the way a birthday should be.

Word from Faye is that everyone had a super time and while young Bradley can't string a sentence together, he's told he that he can't wait for next year's birthday party!

Mc's very first day in Grade R

Wow, it feels like an eternity ago that I was in Grade 1 (or Class 1 as they called it back then). Faye sent me pics today of M's very first day at school. She started yesterday. Oddly enough, the Principal at the school is the same woman who was one of Faye's teacher at the very same school when she was a student there! Small world.

But yeah, my niece started school. Now Faye will have her hands full with cleaning school uniforms, helping with homework, and all those fun things.

One plus one equals *long pause* um...

Little Mc turns 5

My beautiful niece turned 5 yesterday. Yes, 5 already! I can’t believe she’s already so big. And of course Mom & Dad spoiled her with loads and loads of Hannah Montana stuff.
